Who processes personal and banking-related data on behalf of Invesdors under Swiss data protection law (nDSG).

Partners that process personal or banking-related data for Invesdors must meet equivalent data-protection standards. Under Consent-as-a-Service (CaaS), SIX stores bank provider tokens — Invesdors keeps only a Permission-ID reference.

Customer and account data are stored and processed in Switzerland on Infomaniak infrastructure. No systematic storage or admin access from abroad without the customer's consent context required by law.
Under Consent-as-a-Service, SIX stores the bank provider token. Invesdors stores only the Permission-ID bound to the logged-in user, plus encrypted settlement IBANs needed for payments you request. When you disconnect, we delete our local reference and ask you to revoke consent in your bank’s e-banking.
An engaged notary acts as a sub-processor of the issuing company (controller) for company-level documents — not of investor banking data.
