Invesdors GmbH (Schuemacherstrasse 10, 8180 Bülach, Switzerland) is the controller for personal data processed via invesdors.ch and related apps. We apply the rigorous standards of the revised Swiss FADP (effective Sept 2023) across all operations. Our architecture prioritizes data minimization, privacy by design, and privacy by default, ensuring enterprise-grade protection for corporate and investor data.
We process identity data (names, birthdates), contact data (emails, addresses), corporate metadata (commercial registry extracts), and technical data (IP addresses, wallet addresses, device fingerprints). Financial data is processed as cryptographic hashes; raw banking data is handled by Open Banking.
Data is processed strictly to provide our neutral SaaS infrastructure. This includes facilitating smart contract execution, verifying corporate signatory authority, managing the digital share register, and ensuring platform security against malicious actors.
Processing is based on: (a) the performance of a contract (ToS); (b) compliance with legal obligations (corporate law regarding share registers); (c) our legitimate interest in securing the Platform; and (d) explicit user consent where mandated.
Customer identification and AML checks are performed by the investor's and issuer's own regulated Swiss bank as part of SIX bLink account verification — not by a third-party KYC vendor engaged by Invesdors. Invesdors receives confirmation that verification occurred and retains compliance proofs (hashes), not full identity document files.
Fiat settlement relies on SIX bLink / Open Banking. Invesdors transmits payment initiation instructions via secure APIs. We do not store your bank login credentials or have direct access to your fiat accounts.
Where an issuer enables the optional DLT package (OR 973d Registerwertrechte), equity tokens may be recorded on a public blockchain. In that case wallet addresses, token balances and transaction timestamps can be publicly visible and immutable. Default Digitize (Aktienbuch / Anteilbuch) does not require a public on-chain token. By using ledger features you consent to that on-chain disclosure.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined or as required by Swiss commercial and tax law (typically 10 years for corporate ledgers). Immutable blockchain data cannot be deleted.
Data is hosted on secure servers in Switzerland or the EU. Transfers outside these jurisdictions only occur to countries with a Federal Council adequacy decision or under standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the FDPIC.
We employ AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3 in transit, strict RBAC, and regular penetration testing. Despite these enterprise measures, no system is impenetrable, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Under the FADP, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. Rights regarding immutable blockchain data are technically limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Invesdors excludes liability for data breaches caused by sophisticated cyberattacks, zero-day exploits, or user negligence (e.g., compromised passwords).

We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect legal or technological changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
For Foundors product (reward) pledges, we collect a delivery address and share it with the campaign organiser solely so they can ship the purchased perk (contract performance). Addresses are not used for marketing by Invesdors. Organisers may use the address only for fulfillment and must delete or anonymise it when no longer needed. Donation pledges do not require a shipping address.
